Budapest. A city that, for us of a slightly older age, was not so long ago somewhere far away. Now that I have finally discovered it, I have been there a few times. And I will be there again.

Poleg vseh znamenitosti, ki jih priporočajo vodniki, spletne strani in vam jih pokažejo turistični vodiči, mesto kipi od življenja. In ta del je najbolj zanimiv. Podnevi in ponoči.

Apart from all the sights recommended by guidebooks, websites and shown to you by tour guides, the city is bursting with life. And this part is the most interesting. Day and night.

Mimgrede.

By the way. The city has a metro, the second oldest electrified metro in the world. Only London’s is older.

Somewhere in the southern parts of Budapest lies their biggest flea market, the Ecseri bolhapiac. For those of you who are interested in visiting them, Saturday morning is the day to do it. We were there on Sunday, so that’s left for next time.
