Tam prebiva med osemsto in tisoč konjev. Njihovi predniki so bili domači konji, ki so jih lastniki spustili v naravo, ko so kupili traktorje.
Zato naj raje govorijo fotografije.

The main part of the trip with Digitalna kamera was a visit to the wild horses on the Kruzi plateau above Livno in Herzegovina. We all couldn’t wait for it.
We got up well before dawn and set off in off-road vehicles to the Kruzi plateau below Mount Cincar. Between eight hundred and one thousand horses live there. Their ancestors were domestic horses that the owners released into the wild when they bought tractors. Their numbers have fluctuated over time, and after the Bosnian war, only fifty remained. They slowly recovered, and in 2010 they were protected.
Meeting such large herds of horses is a unique experience. It is difficult to write anything more. Let the photos do the talking.
